Once we have had our consultation with you, you acquire your credit report and setup your client profile in our portal we will go over your consumer credit file rights and credit agreement with us.  Once this is completed we go to work for you helping you reach your credit wellness goals.

We cannot give an exact time frame when you will see results because we cannot control when the credit reporting agencies will process each of the actions we take.  It is a process that takes time.  Each step could take 15, 30, 45 days or longer to get a response.  On average, it will take is between 90 to 180 days to repair your credit. Clients typically begin to see changes the first 45-60 days. Credit repair is NOT an overnight process. We also don’t advise credit score watching as it is like weight loss; it will go up one day, down another, and so forth based on actions we are doing to help reach your credit wellness.

Every client consumer credit file will be different and require individualized attention.  Every client case will be different and customized based on customer needs.  In order to get the best results that is streamlined with our software we use Identity IQ as our monitoring service which is included in many of our plan options.  We have monthly plans that streamline the process and per deletion plans.  These are dependent on each client’s file and goals.

We are a Credit Repair Organization that must follow Federal guidelines in order to do business.  The guidelines are very specific to protect the consumer.  Client Data Protection is required by law. We use the same security encryption (256-bit SSL) as banks. SSL is Secure Socket Layer.  What that means is, the data sent between Infinite Credit LLC. and your computer or mobile device is safely encrypted.  .Also, through the use of Identity IQ you will get credit monitoring also with your 3 credit reports.  You will get notified the minute their is a change to any of your reports. We never share your personal information with anyone, for any reason, without your written permission.  This gives you peace of mind on top of our transparency as we go through this process together.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to dispute any items on your credit reports that are inaccurate, out-dated, or unverified. If an item cannot be proved, it must be removed. What our credit experts do is look for these type of items on your credit reports and challenge them with the legal information needed, under the FCRA guidelines, to have them rectified or removed.

By law, Infinite Credit LLC. and its employees cannot make any verbal or written promises, guarantee an outcome, score increases, or timing of credit repair services.  We are extremely transparent and will ALWAYS do our best to provide clear, direct communication. We believe wholeheartedly in what we do and we want you to know, if we’re not successful, we won’t charge you for it!!

Refund Policy provided all conditions are met:

  1. Client must not have had ANY negative information removed from credit report after 3 (three) consecutive months under the direction of Infinite Credit LLC.
  2. Client is current on all payments to Infinite Credit LLC.
  3. All documentation requested by Infinite Credit LLC is produced to Infinite Credit LLC by client in a reasonable time frame toInfinite Credit LLC for processing and submission.
  4. Client has maintained the credit monitoring services of Identity IQ during the period of credit repair as outlined in the agreement.

To receive a refund, the Client shall request such refund in writing.

Infinite Credit LLC shall review the request to confirm if client complied with the terms of our Refund Policy.  Should client be eligible for a refund, client shall be refunded as follows, unless other agreements are arranged: Monthly fees for up to 3 months, minus the enrollment/audit fee for chosen services at time of sign up.
